How to Deal with Disappointments
What happens when our prayers aren't answered as we desire and become tired? Is disappointment a natural result? Disappointment comes in different shapes and sizes. We all pass through disappointment for various reasons. Feeling disappointed is not a sin or only for the ungodly. How we act at this time and handle it is an important issue. Disappointment is familiar to humanity; sometimes, it's challenging to choose which biblical characters best illustrate it. If you go through the Bible, you would see that Christians went through many disappointments and challenges.
Hearing from God
Individual believers think that God only speaks to preachers or people that are spiritual and not to them. The same way a father talks to all his children and not just one child, that’s how God speaks to all his children as well. There is nothing God wants more dearly than for His children to know His will and His words. So, if you haven’t been hearing from God, align your life with the Holy Spirit and begin to enjoy undiluted messages from God.
Forgiveness
Jesus told us that if we resist forgiving those that have wronged us in any way, our heavenly Father would not forgive us our transgressions. Jesus Christ is telling about the willingness to forego bringing earthly repercussions upon us for the sins we commit as a believer. One primary reason to forgive others is to remember that our heavenly Father forgave us when we asked, irrespective of the transgression.
Taking Good Care of Your Body
To God, our spiritual health is more essential than our physical health, but that does mean that God wants us to be unhealthy, live an unhealthy lifestyle, or suffer from diseases. The Bible says in the book of 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” ESV.
While you may be spiritually healthy, you also need to glorify God through your physical health. The Bible teaches us how we should handle our bodies in a way that pleases God.
Being Confident
People who exhibit self-confidence radiate passion, conviction, and strength; it does more to your looks than any designer cloth or accessories.
When people realize who they are and their purpose, they may be dressed in low-cost wares but look elegant and stand out from the crowd. Confident people are not afraid to be their real selves, whether they are simple or flamboyant and plain or fabulous; what's important is they know who they are.

Dealing With Hate
Hate can be easily defined as a strong or intense dislike. It can also be defined as the opposite of love. While the Bible commands us to love one another, circumstances around us may tempt us to develop hate amongst one another.
The Holy Quarantine

Tackling Impatience
Most things in life have been made to run fast. Starting from the technological inventions to the current lifestyle. This may cause us to believe that everything will always move at the pace we desire.
If we are not careful we may lose patience when we see things running slowly. God on the other hand requires us to have patience in life.
Patience has a lot of benefits as it enables us to receive the promises of God.
Dealing with Unbelief
Lack of faith is what is know as unbelief. Faith is the key thing that makes us receive anything we need from God. Neither can we please God with our lack of faith which is unbelief.
Dealing with Feelings of Vengeance
Have you ever been offended and the only thing you seek is payback? As they say an eye for an eye, that becomes your slogan. But do you ever stop and think that if everyone could be paying back every bad thing that has been done to them how could the world be.
Dealing with Anger
At any given point in life, someone will wrong you. Either deliberately or not. It may be a stranger or someone you know very well. But how we react when someone has wronged us will really depend on our willingness to forgive.
