Confidence in God
The Greek word 'confidence' possesses the idea of being free and bold, fearless, courageous, and assurance. Confidence means to trust in something or someone and requires a high level of certainty and faith. There is one way that faith can be attained or gotten;
This verse tells us that God justifies, so faith is not something we can get with our works. If we could get faith through our works, we would be able to save ourselves, and there would be no need for Christ to have died – this would contradict God's word and the need for our savior in our lives. So, the ear receives the message of the gospel of Christ Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, faith begins in the hearer's life.
Today, most Christians struggle with confidence in God even if they are fully aware of his undying love for us. We find it challenging to make use of that knowledge why going through the trials of life. During this time of crisis and trials, doubt creeps in; the more passionately we pray, the more we ask ourselves if God is listening and if He would answer. We start giving our ears and mind to panic when things don't get better immediately. But if we ignore the feeling of uncertainty and doubt and go with what we know is accurate, we can be confident in God.
We would be sure he's right by our side, listening to our prayer request. Sometimes God's help gets confusing at the moment, it may look like the opposite of what we asked for, but as time flies, his mercy becomes more evident. God is still in the business of transforming lives, so hold on to Jesus Christ.
Most people are confident in their wealth, strength, beautiful, statue, but as believers, we should always be confident in God – David said,
Switching from your selfish ambitions back to that of love, care, and warmth, it's not the heart than have an issue with, so you need to trust God if you want to Go back to your lives
Prayer:
Father Lord, I thank you for your grace and mercy towards us. I thank you for always proving yourselves in every ugly situation in my life. I trust you that you can do what I've asked or prayed for. I pray you to come and take control of my family, marriage, education, and finances. I hand over everything to you; you said in your word that we should no be afraid or scared of this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God's (2 Chronicles 20:15). Come and have your way, lord.
